Pilates by Jodi LLC specializes in private Pilates sessions that are based in functional movement science and promote intelligent, mindful movement. You will leave feeling stronger, more flexible and more balanced and grounded in your body.
Sessions are tailored to each client's needs in a fully equipped and professional boutique studio. Unlike gyms and group classes, clients receive individualized, focused attention in a peaceful setting that is free of distractions.
Clients who work with me are interested in mastering effective biomechanics to improve their physical activities, promote better aging or manage chronic pain. My clients are an eclectic group of runners, cyclists, outdoor enthusiasts, active agers, post-rehab patients, and people facing chronic health issues.

The studio is equipped with a Blueair Classic 605 Hepa air filtration system effective against multiple viruses. This purifier earned Consumer Reports’ top rating in 2020 and is designed to work in spaces up to 775 square feet.
The equipment is cleaned after every session with Force of Nature, a non-toxic cleaner consisting of three simple ingredients — water, salt and vinegar — which are electrolyzed to create two powerful disinfectants. Force of Nature is approved by the EPA for use in hospitals and ICUs to kill multiple viruses, including Covid 19.
