Private sessions
Each client is unique and so is every session. At your first appointment, we will discuss your goals, any pertinent medical history including previous surgeries and injuries, as well as any current physical challenges.
Sessions are then tailored to each client’s needs and adjusted with periodic checkins about how clients are feeling.
Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Single Private Session $95
5-Pack Private Session $475
10-Pack Private Session $925
Payment
Payment is expected in person at the time of your first appointment and when your package runs out.
Scheduling
I work closely with a small, dedicated clientele which affords me the opportunity to handle scheduling personally. I strongly encourage clients to find specific days of the weeks and/or times of days that they know will work on a regular basis to create a strong practice and maximize results. Most of my clients will see me every Monday and Wednesday or every Tuesday and Thursday at a specific time each week.
Once you’ve found days and times that work well for you, those spots are held for you every week. If your schedule changes frequently, no problem! We will find times on a weekly or monthly basis.
It’s understandable that some weeks you may need to reschedule or may not be able to make a session at all. Giving me advance notice of your absence allows me to help all clients stay on track to meet their wellness goals by adjusting schedules as needed.
